4:45:00 PMINVESTIGATION NOTE: Inspected RDS Performance Insights. A long-running analytical query (`SELECT * FROM ledger_reconciliation WHERE...`) held exclusive row locks on `tx_records`, stalling 240 checkout worker threads. Killed PID 48192 and tuned RDS Proxy max connections.

5:00:00 PMHi Sarah, our team isolated the query contention causing connection exhaustion. The rogue reporting query was terminated and connection pooling through RDS Proxy has normalized latency back to 14ms. We are monitoring traffic closely.
